Your Role

As Business Analyst (m/f/d) you will be part of a team which is responsible for the development and support of globally utilized airfreight forwarding systems including the TMS for Airfreight. You will be responsible for func-tional areas within the airfreight systems portfolio and will be the link be-tween business unit and IT. Your Responsibilities

• You will collect and globally align feature requests and create high level solution designs
• You will identify business use cases and understand its business value
• You will consult the global airfreight organization in systems related questions
• You will analyze and resolve defects and system challenges
• You will prioritize demands, support and backlog issues in your area of responsibility
• You will work in international cross-functional teams
• You will align and coordinate with other application experts, IT, the global airfreight organization (corporate management, KN-Regions), and other stakeholders (Seafreight, Sales, Finance/Legal)

Your Skills and Experiences

• University degree in logistics management, business admistration preferred
• Several years’ experience within the area of Business Unit IT (link between business and IT) or Air Forwarding
• Air Forwarding knowledge
• High analytical and communication skills
• Very good command of the English language
