Service Engineer - Field Service

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned project;
  • Lead the team for on-site service to provide the best quality of service to customers.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personal performance) and report regularly on project status;
  • Provide/Update all necessary operation and maintained workplan\\report etc. to management or customer.
  • Prepare, organize and attend Customer meetings to ensure project implementation and delivery.
  • Strictly follow all safety and administration policies and ensure the the following of all delegated persons
  • Provides highly positive, effective, prompt and responsive communication to customers, service team, sales team and project team.
