The Job
You will be part of the Workspace Marketing team and report to the Senior Manager, Marketing.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming enquiries
- Assist in answering incoming calls via our phone system and replying emails
- Assist to launch cold calls. Conducts research, identify contact, compile & extract data from the web and other sources
- Sourcing for Tradeshow / Roadshow
Administration:
- Daily housekeeping of the mailbox
- Data-Entry of information to daily incoming call log
- Preparation of weekly and monthly report of work carried out.
Requirements
- Have a passion for customer service (previous experience will be an advantage)
- Able to work in a team & independently
- Able to speak good English/Mandarin
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel is a must (Knowledge of formulas / pivot table is an added advantage)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Minimum GCE A level
- Good communication skills
- Looking for a mature, self-starter, energetic, great interpersonal skills, enthusiastic & independent
- Previous sales/marketing experience is an advantage
