Internship Duration: College/University course semester dates

Boardriders, Inc. offers internships in various departments and provides college students with supervised practical experience in the workplace. You can intern in departments suchas Merchandising & Design, Retail Buying, Marketing, Public Relations, Operations and Human Resources to name a few.

To be considered for the Internship Program you MUST:

• Be a Junior or Senior currently enrolled at a college or university; or enrolled in an MBA program AND
• Receive academic credit for your internship AND
• Able to provide proof of health insurance

(Please note: Students are eligible to intern during their course dates. Students may not begin before course date or continue past course date unless authorization letter is provided)

WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

Intern will learn the fundamentals of managing a ecommerce site/brand. This includes the end to end process of managing samples from photo studio to on site, confirming site inventory and activation, ensuring product image and copy are best in class, and optimizing customer first mindset/journey through filters, navigation and on site sequencing. The intern in this position will interact with multiple cross functional partners in the organization including customer experience, ecommerce buyers and regional and global marketing. 

WHAT SKILLS, MAJOR OR EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
• Collaboratively work with cross functional teams and peers
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
• Ability to think creatively with customer first mindset
