Fantastic opportunity to join this global surf industry leader supporting our Australian and New Zealand retail business, across ~140 stores and a corporate retail team based in Burleigh Heads. Excellent opportunity for a mix of project work and day to day business support. This is a 12 month contract position with possibility for ongoing career opportunities.

THE CHALLENGE

This role will support our IT and Retail teams through major software implementation projects and provide SQL development support for both the legacy Epicor NSB platform as well as CEGID, our go forward platform across both Retail back office and POS functions. This role provides a great mix of business analysis functions front-facing to the business and back-end development including the writing of SQL code. You will be working as part of a global business, documenting and recommending business process based on your technical experience. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience supporting a Corporate Retail System, including both back office functions and POS (CEGID preferred)
• Experience with Tibco integration tools would be highly regarded
• High level SQL development skills, including procedural SQL
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of software development processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Time management, planning and prioritisation skills

Critical to your success will be your willingness to work as a team and be hands-on in your approach.
