THE CHALLENGE

This is a rare opportunity to lead a number of our iconic retail stores and make your mark! As Multi-Site Manager, you will be supporting and developing a highly engaged retail team in our Amazon and Quiksilver stores across Wellington. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the retail business for your sites. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving KPIs to deliver sales targets by motivating and leading your store teams
• Developing your team’s skills and capabilities through a hands-on approach
• Accountability for the sales, wages and shrinkage targets across your area
• Operational excellence and execution of all business directives, including VM, marketing, and operational activities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in the role you will be an experienced multi-site retail leader. You will have gained your retail knowledge and expertise within a large format, multi division fashion retailer with exposure to the wider commercial side of the business. You will have confidence and skills to manage your profit centre and deliver results, whilst being approachable to your team. You will have a passion for developing your people and bringing the best out of your team to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
