SUMMARY:
Reporting to our global digital and marketing operations director, DC is looking for a highly versatile project coordinator to join our global marketing team. This role will partner with our global marketing operations director and marketing brand leads to help traffic all seasonal marketing briefs. The Marketing Traffic Coordinator will help to own the marketing team core process calendar and project management tools to ensure the organization and timely management of all marketing deliverables and creative workflow. This role will help manage the in-take, routing and status updates for all marketing projects from both internal and external vendors. The main objective is to ensure that all marketing collateral and work flows efficiently to the creative department. They are responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress. Their responsibility is to make sure projects run smoothly and communicate with both the client and the creative team to help confirm that both parties are satisfied with the end result.
