The Challenge

In this newly created role, you will focus primarily on customer acquisition by implementing, maintaining and optimising customer data collection initiatives and sweepstakes. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate and lead the email database acquisition program, providing analytics to monitor results and inform improvements. You will have a good working knowledge of legislation relating to email and data collection and know how to challenge the status quo to maximise results. You’ll be working across 11 branded websites and be part of large-scale software implementation projects, bringing us best-in-class technologies to support our ongoing focus and investment in eCommerce.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar customer acquisition or digital marketing role 
  • A good understanding of the legal requirements for lead acquisition campaigns 
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (Adobe Campaign preferred), lead generation marketing channels (such as Paid Social and website modals) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
  • Experience with developing and implementing cross-brand acquisition campaigns 
  • Previous experience in an eCommerce environment, ideally working across multiple brands (fashion/apparel experience preferred)
  • Project management and interpersonal skills allowing you to align efforts across multiple departments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Above all you’ll thrive working in an evolving, fast paced team environment
