Our Global Markets division is responsible for the Trading and Sales activities in financial markets encompassing all Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Fixed Income and Interest Rate products.
We enhance our client’s success by making global markets easy to navigate, to achieve this purpose our key priorities are client focus, people, productivity and capabilities..
Do work that matters:
You will play a key role in the development, delivery and maintenance of high quality insights and front-line dashboards in support of client acquisition, expansion and retention. Primarily in Business Bank Foreign Exchange, responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Sale & Analytics function in building new dashboards, data assets ,resulting in improved end user stories and enabling better business outcomes
- Developing visual and predictive analytics to drive strategic business initiatives and customer insights
- Designing and conducting analyses and reports to provide insights at scale that support growth strategies
- Developing a formalised process to identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, empower informed decision making for stakeholders
- Assisting the Sales teams in developing methodologies/framework to accurately assess and measure the impact of our business strategy
- Supporting targeted business activities, including opportunities for product and process improvement with a focus on driving significant business growth.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience in creating live visual analytics such as Tableau dashboards
- Experience in running data queries
- A solid technical grounding in SQL, Python or other programming languages
- Experience extracting and analysing data from complex data sets and systems
- Knowledge on analytical software tools such as Teradata, Tableau etc.
- Experience in building assets based on requirements of the business (desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in related field (desirable)
