We are looking for Service Leader - HSKP/PA/Guest Floor, we rely on you to:

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis.
• Maintain a pleasant environment for the guests.
• Create a memorable experience for the guests.
• Assist management with key projects and initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier.
• Enjoys interacting with people.
• Communicates with fluency in English (and local language) due to the needs for servicing local and international guest. 
• Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests.
• Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group.
• Is a self-starter and a team player.
• Has no fear of new challenge.
