Search new locations for PUMA Retail stores, negotiate and make deals regarding Lease Agreements at the most beneficial commercial terms
Prepare and approve economic model of the new projects
Coordinate and support projects implementation
Find scope and opportunities to negotiate the cost of rentals to maximize gross profit
Conduct market surveys to capture the market potential and find new initiatives to expand Retail chain
Act as the brand ambassador of Puma to build relations with the third party
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor´s degree in preferably in Management, International Business, Law
3 years of professional experience as a Business Development (Expansion) Manager in international retail company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid negotiation background
Strong attention to detail and being able to understand and articulate business expectations and requirements
Strong analytical skills and result-driven
Fluency in English
Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
