The Opportunity 

We are currently hiring for Warehouse Associates to work Full Time in our Quality Control department. Contribute successfully and consistently to the overall mission of the distribution center by employing a work ethic consistent with the standards of CSI, striving to achieve positive relations with peers and coworkers, and establishing goals for personal development.

Your Impact

• Ability to repeatedly lift an average of 50-75 lbs.
• Audit all product types, hard good and soft good and fabric product
• Provide good communication to the brands and vendors when needed
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English 
• Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and to uphold the distribution center requirements of quality and customer satisfaction
• Document Audit results.
• Move within the department as needed
• Follow methods and procedures of the receiving department
• Follow and meet all required methods and procedures of the STAR program
• Operate RF device for all department functions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete training and operate equipment in department as needed
• Assist in training new employees within the department
• Work accurately and effectively in a motivated environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• All other duties as directed by CSI Management 

(Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “Your Impact.”) 

What You Bring

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
• Good oral and written communication skills 
• Knowledge of systems including PKMS and MACS
• Climbing, kneeling and squatting as needed
• Knowledge and ability required to perform the functions of the job
