Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing 

The Digital Personalization & Optimization team, within Digital Commerce, is responsible for executing digital performance marketing across our CIBC.com, Online Banking and Mobile Banking channels through Adobe Target and Braze technology. The team is integrated with our Agile Marketing teams to enable personalized and highly contextual product acquisition and engagement journeys with a focus on driving revenue. Above the day-to-day, the Director also manages the strategic roadmaps and data integration for Adobe Target and Braze across the Enterprise.

You are a great communicator, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis, findings and recommendations, then package key messages for senior executives. You have a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization and you’re a self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and develop processes and governance from the ground up.
