What You’ll Be Doing
The Bilingual Insurance Inforce Coordinator is dedicated to overseeing all active insurance policies on behalf of CIBC Wood Gundy Financial Services Inc. In this role the Coordinator works closely with Estate Planning Specialists, Estate Planning Assistants and Investment Advisors across Canada to ensure that all policies are properly serviced and remain in good standing with insurance carriers. Key accountabilities include client service for all policyholders, product inquiries, policy changes, and ensuring the data integrity of all client and policy information both in SmartOffice and with each insurance carrier. The Insurance Inforce Coordinator also contributes to the generation of new insurance sales and increased revenue through the preparation of monthly term conversion reports for the Estate Planning Specialists
How You’ll Succeed
- Relationship/Vendor Building- Required to respond to internal client inquires and requests, providing professional high quality customer service for the assigned insurance portfolio to ensure client satisfaction. You will liase and interact with internal clients as part of the daily management of your insurance portfolio.
- Compliance & Adherence - Monitor performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements. Monitor adherence to data policies across the organization to ensure availability of high-quality data, consultative and subject matter expertise, ensuring all users of data understand policies, procedures and standards.
- Analytical Thinker- must be able to identify and define problems, extract key information from data and develop workable solutions for the problems identified in order to test and verify the cause of the problem and develop solutions to resolve the problem identified.
