Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of the Identity and Access management group within Information Security, you will interface with various partners and Lines of Business, equally focused on delivery excellence and continuous improvement in all disciplines and processes as they relate to identity and Access Management, specifically Role Management and Access Certification. You will be responsible for implementing new initiatives, continuous improvement and process enhancement projects, and IAM governance. You will play a key role in ensuring project (key initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee and stakeholder adoption and usage.
How You’ll Succeed
- Consulting and Information Security Management - Your subject matter expertise on IAM approaches and tools will help us deliver on identified and new IAM initiatives. You will champion the improvement of identity and access management processes, controls and communications across stakeholder groups. Where required, consult with Technology and LOBs regarding access control related issues.
- Project Management and Delivery - Provide support and deliver on requirements for Identity and Access management initiatives as required to support the planning, design and execution of the initiatives and on-going support for access control activities. You will work with the business teams on implementing the roles and policy solutions that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.
- Facilitate discussions with business groups across the enterprise to gain understanding of business needs and enterprise deliveries. Support and drive the delivery of the Service Model Framework to the Role and Policy Management capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting - You will be responsible for preparing management and/or executive reporting and other presentation material to communicate existing and new IAM initiatives and ensure successful adoption. You will focus on continuous improvement activities such as audit process enhancements and sustainable reporting process for governance will be key to your success.
- Maintain business roles and all associated data, rules including access bundling rules, and processes. Ensure proper governance of Roles; roles verification by Role Owners on a regular basis.
- Work with the project teams on implementing the defined business Roles and Policies within SailPoint Identity IQ
Who You Are
- You can demonstrate experience in Identity and Access Management domain of Information security
- 3-5 years’ experience working with SailPoint IIQ is required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the identity & Access Management domain is required
