Experience of building a range of Services in a Cloud Service provider (ideally GCP)
Expert understanding of service for data and analytics in GCP (Big Table, Big Query, GCS etc ) from operational standpoint
Expert understanding of DevOps principles and Infrastructure as a Code concepts and techniques
Strong understanding of CI/CD and available tools
Security and Compliance, e.g. IAM and cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools
Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams
Good leadership and teamwork skills
Works collaboratively in an agile environment with DevOps application ‘pods' to provide GCP specific capability/skills required to deliver the service.
Operational effectiveness - delivers solutions that align to approved design patterns and security standards
Excellent skills in at least one of following: Python, Scala, Terraform
Experienced in full automation and configuration management

A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
GCP Certifications - ideally professional · Knowledge of using service and tools like :- GKE, Spinnaker, Cloud Build, Stack driver
Create clusters in Google Cloud and manage the clusters using Kubernetes (k8s)
Using Jenkins to deploy code to Google Cloud, create new namespaces, creating docker images and pushing them to container registry of Google Cloud.
Experience in creating dashboards in Stackdriver. Can setup alerting and create custom metrics using google API developer tools.
Proficient in using version control tool like Team Foundation Server (TFS), SVN and GIT.
Skilled enough to build deployment, build scripts and automate solutions (using scripting languages like Bash, Shell, Perl and Python)
