The analyst will be part of the testing and production support team for bots created for internal customers
Partner with the RPA Process Manager, Technical teams, and Operational Excellence team to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation
Coordinates with the business team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements
Supporting and monitoring the day to day running of BluePrism processes in the live (production) environment and ensuring the stability of the Blue Prism IT environment.
Submit the daily health check report and job-run status report to the key stakeholders
Log, create, raise, and manage RPA issues in production
Fix RPA software tool errors, confirm the fix in UAT, and deploy tested fixes to the Production environment. Communicating with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggesting improvements, and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community.
Work with developers and business application owners to implement the change & document it
Requirements / Qualification
The RPA Application Support Analyst will provide bot support and maintenance using Blue Prism application
Knowledge in UiPath or other spectra of automation tools is also desired
RPA Certification on any tools such as BluePrism, AA, UIPath, or Workfusion desired but not required
2 years of RPA support experience or RPA related role is essential. Bot development knowledge is not required but an advantage
Candidate with performance optimization and maintenance by following operational handbooks or procedures in accordance with the RPA bot development lifecycle is required
Good understanding of Process Design Documents and technical design documents within the automation space
Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation are required as we collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously. Can adapt to changing business priorities and deal with emerging risks and issues
Must be willing to learn and explore new technologies
