Temporary Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides timely resolution of client inquiries as the point of contact
  • Asks necessary questions in order to solve issues, determining root causes of problems and finding appropriate resolutions 
  • Proactively explores and anticipates clients' future needs with an ability to recommend and educate the client on value-add services and products.
  • Introduces and promotes the use of self service options relevant to clients' needs
  • Accurately obtains, documents and confirms client personal information
  • Builds relevant professional relationships with internal contacts
  • Sale products

Experience:

  • Experience in a Windows environment
  • Experience in any sales or customer service role (e.g. retail, call centre, restaurant (waiter/waitress/bartender)

Skills:

  • Experience and/or knowledge of a customer service environment 
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability of taking decisions
  • Flexibility and able to deal with stressful situations and difficult clients 
  • A positive, welcoming attitude with the willingness to help customers 
  • Ability to learn and share information with others
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks
  • Communications skills and organized speech
  • Sales Experience

  • Desired English Level solid 7.5
  • CEFRL B1 (55% - 75%)
