• Familiarity with AWS Services
• Familiarity with OpenShift, Ubuntu, Red Hat
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience with DevOps, Terraform, CICD, Jenkins, and Configuration management tools
• Understanding of the design, delivery & migration of highly-available, fault-tolerant cloud network solutions
• Comfortable with network maintenance activities, software upgrades, and network infrastructure augments/changes
• Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• A collaborative mindset and desire to help others level up too

Great-to-have

• AWS Certified Solution Architect (or ready to get certified)
• AWS Global Accelerator, NLB, ALB, NAT Gateway, Internet Gateway, L3/L7 Load Balancing, VPC, subnets, and security groups experience
• Experience with multiple cloud providers
• Familiar with AWS Well-Architected Framework, Knowledge of Cloud Security Best Practices and Standards (CIS, Security and DDoS best practices)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS, Route53, Routing, Ngnix, HAProxy, Firewalls, WAF, Network ACL, and Security Policies
• Knowledge of routing policy changes/corrections and redirections
• Knowledge of network OSI model
• Knowledge of GCP, Hashicorp Vault, and Terraform
• Experience in creating and socializing technology roadmaps - change management
• Understanding of and interest in Instrumentation and Observability principles
