TELUS International is looking for a qualified professional to fill a Developer position in our Digital Solutions team. This person will be responsible for:
- Collaborates on an iterative technical design process that emphasizes data pipelines and resiliency.
- Participate in the technical design and implement product design iterations and experiments.
- You will identify opportunities for incremental improvements to in-use products and processes.
- Support cross functional teams to deliver high quality products.
- Update document guidelines and reference architectures / POCs for usage by product teams to aid in their uptake and usage of tools / techniques.
- Support or improve scripts and tooling for Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployments.
- Assist in troubleshooting of cloud systems to solve problems across platform and application domains.
Required Skills:
- Modern UX frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- JavaScript/CSS/HTML (es6, css4, html5).
- Backend development languages (python, node, etc.).
- Building progressive web applications(PWA)
- React Native (in PWA or mobile)
- Cloud stacks (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Developing for both relational and non-relational datastores
- Containerization and orchestration technologies (ex. Docker and Kubernetes)
- NodeJS and artifact repositories such as NPM
- Branching and merging methodologies
- CI/CD principles
- Experience participating in an agile team
