Role can be based in Australia, Singapore, China, Japan, Korea or India.

Let’s talk about responsibilities

  • Strategic development and implementation of a Digital Capability team that is responsible for building and shaping execution, process and technology capabilities to support customer acquisition, demand generation, digital marketing, martech and ecommerce for our ALA business.
  • Bring together and collaborate with experts from different regions to identify market priorities, interdisciplinary synergies, promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within Digital Marketing and e-Commerce.
  • Drive best practices across MarTech, Digital Asset Management, Lead Management, Conversion, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management and CMS.
  • Drive marketing and e-Commerce capabilities for new and emerging markets to support growth in Customer Acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to implement incorporate best practices into customer plans and establish measures / processes to monitor execution.
  • Partner with regional and global marketing groups to develop and manage capability roadmaps to supercharge ALA business teams.
  • Provide wider inputs to the ALA region, sharing best practices as well as customer insights/trends/behaviour.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience in a (digital) marketing management role.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for sleep and digital health. 
  • Experience working cross-culturally within different markets in the region.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, demonstrating digital marketing and e-Commerce excellence in B2C or B2B2C environments.
  • Ability to lead, engage and grow a team, working within the region whilst also collaborating across other markets in the wider Asia & LATAM team.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in either Digital Marketing and/or Ecommerce, including but not limited to expertise in optimisation/identification of MarTech platforms, e-Commerce and Sales Platforms, Demand Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management etc.
  • Prior experience working within the medical device/IoT/digital/consumer healthcare industry will be advantageous.
