Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to country teams to grow our digital business, keeping business updated around changing competitive landscape and digital trends
  • Responsible for developing digital marketing capabilities to drive growth opportunities through our digital channels
  • Manage the end-to-end performance of customer engagement by providing a seamless digital customer experience
  • Champion the experimentation and personalisation of various digital capabilities and platform
  • Develop planning and execution capabilities to drive ResMed’s customer acquisition, conversion and retention activities across our digital channels in Asia and Latin America
  • Partner with in-country teams to support and execute on strategic initiatives
  • Lead the conversion rate optimisation roadmap by managing A/B testing programs and web personalisation tools to optimise our digital marketing programs
  • Map the customers journey including conversion and attribution metrics to develop a market segmentation analysis
  • Conduct market research and understand competitor marketing to identify opportunities and determine marketing campaigns ad initiatives
  • Develop and prioritise optimisation strategies for various digital channels to maximise ROI and drive business growth

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Digital, IT, Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • Proven experience in performance marketing especially looking after paid marketing aspects (e.g SEM, social, digital display, VOD and other emerging channels)
  • A comprehensive understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles, data and data anaylsis, metrics and tracking mechanism
  • Knowledge of web analytic tools and reporting (e,g Google Analytics)
  • Strong communication with the ability to collaborate broadly with a variety of stakeholders
