The Opportunity

As the most senior leader within the Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services team, define and deliver the vision of delivering innovative workplaces that connect, support, and inspire team. Responsible for all markets. Oversight includes 91 facilities, including 9 headquarter facilities, fulfillment centers, contact centers, and retail stores. Communicates and collaborates with QRG’s top leadership to understand and support business requirements, while delivering best practices methodology.

Your Impact

  • Capability of building and executing strategies aligned to top level business initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience leading high performance building operations and services including mechanical, electrical, critical systems, workplace projects, employee corporate services, and work management / helpdesk software.
  • Must have strong ability to understand and deliver end-to-end CREWS functions including corporate real estate, design & construction, security and business continuity, maintenance, and building/workplace services to QRG employees.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 15+ years relevant leadership experience.
  • A college degree in a relevant field is required. Advanced education or vocational training is highly desired.
  • Develop a real estate strategy for all markets & properties that is aligned with overall business objectives and global real estate priorities. Ensure that the global CREWS team can support business expansion and optimization across markets for next 3-5 years.
  • Responsible for overseeing the global CREWS operating expense and capital budgets, totaling over $140M.
  • Challenges requirements at all levels of the business when they appear out of alignment with long term strategies and goals.
  • Ensure all facilities and critical systems operate at a high level of operational efficiency and reduce and/or eliminate business interruption.
  • Tremendous prioritization and responsibility for ensuring uninterrupted business functions across platforms and facilities by supporting CREWS systems.
  • Ability to build real estate strategies that align to business goals & objectives.
  • Experience leading a centralized real estate function across several geographies. 
  • Frequently making complex decisions. Decisions are made concerning the operation of QRG’s global facilities including but not limited to: design, implementation, and operation of critical systems, capital, and expense management.
  • Most decisions are made independently and require sound judgment.
