As a member of the Paramount+ product team, you’ll build a world-class product experience that puts our customers first -- using data, experimentation and user research to improve our products and grow the business. 

Role Details:

Our team is looking for a Product Manager focused on supporting efforts across Apple and Android platforms for Paramount+. The role will work to define and collect requirements that will deliver innovative and entertaining experiences that attract, delight and keep customers. You’ll be on the cutting-edge of our product development process defining brand new experiences for our millions of users while also iteratively improving on our existing offering in partnership with our data science, marketing, machine learning, and content teams.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Support scrum team activities (grooming, planning, standups, story writing, and prioritization)
  • Clearly define feature requirements and business logic for the scrum team and design partners
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and partners to implement and manage product releases; direct QA efforts; and to grow ongoing third party relationships
  • Set KPI-driven priorities for the scrum team and work to achieve the desired outcome
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to become knowledgeable about the customer, their habits, and their needs
  • Align various stakeholders (marketing, operations, data tracking, etc.) on delivery scope and in preparation for launch
  • Support strategic discussions on the future direction of the product and user experience
  • Maintain a roadmap and regularly review with stakeholders and partners
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and work through competing priorities with ease
  • Operate both independently and as part of a broader team; juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment
  • Work to meet agreed upon time frames / target dates with the scrum team and PMO partners
  • Additional other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What you bring to the team: 

You have

  • 3+ years of experience in product management and directly managing a scrum team, preferably with native app experience on Apple and/or Android
  • Experience leading a scrum team and confident in independently managing a scrum team 
  • Comfortable drafting detailed product requirements for user stories
  • Good communicator who is able to speak to team members of all levels
  • Passionate about user experience and OTT/mobile platforms
  • Comfortable analyzing data and presenting to stakeholders

You may also have:

  • Experience defining, developing, and managing experiments for A/B testing or user testing
  • Familiarity with software like Jira, Sketch, Figma or other tools
  • Proficient in GSuite and MS Office
  • Experience working with video streaming technologies, CMS platforms, A/B testing tools, Omniture, and Tableau
  • You geek out about all things streaming technology and entertainment
