A Day in the Life
The Sample Room Coordinator will be responsible for the collection and management of photography samples for assigned division(s). Interface with Merchandising, Creative, and Public Relations to coordinate the trafficking of all samples to all photo shoots, color correction, editors, Product Information meetings and Public Relations events within designated time frames.
- Manage the collection of samples and ensure prepared for photography
- Ensure information from Merchants is current, included on tags, and that the sample is correctly labeled
- Document inventory and maintain an organized sample room
- Maintain Sample Tracking Document to account for disposition of all samples, including Merchandising and Public relations
- Attend creative turnover meetings and all subsequent review meetings
- Work with Merchants, Location Photography Production Company and Studio Manager/Art Buyer to obtain complete understanding of deliverables to photo shoots

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
