With this position, you will be doing:
400V/700V eDrive (E-motor, Inverter and PCU) project acquisition
Support rigid eAxle/GBx partner and cooperation mode definition
Responsible for the rigid eAxle (700V) project management
1 Business Environment Analysis:
Analysis NEV eDrive market and consequences of business environmental changes (market & main technology, competitor information, customer)
Investigate and analysis key systems/components (E-motor, inverter, PCU, topology …) technology and pricing level in the market
Checks content-related plausibility of specific sales planning (VPZ)
2 700V rigid eAxle project management
Collection and analysis customers’ requirements and strategy, input for CSM (market / segmentation development, customer requirements & strategy, etc.)
Understand CV NEV market, competitors
Identify the business opportunity in customer side and derive and implement appropriate acquisition strategy (products strategy, pricing strategy, cooperation strategy)
Proactively and continuously evaluates the product strategy and identifies the portfolio gap for customer requirements
Manage acquisition project based on FLOW process - on time, on budget, on specification
Generally handle sales issues (Contracts negotiation, sample process and other commercial issues)
3 Internal / External Communication
Regular report the acquisition project status to stakeholders
Works with marketing and engineering team to define the partnership with GBx and Axle players
Job Related Qualification and Preferences:
Education: Master degree in Science and Engineering related major
Language: Fluent English communication and presentation, German is a plus
Working practice: 3+ years working experience in an international company with following key words is strongly preferred: Technology skill (NEV) ; Powertrain Solution; Business Acquisition; Marketing Analysis
