Overview
The LN and warehouse management systems (WMS) along with handheld RF scanners will assist the associate to receive, store, pick, pack and ship all products accurately.
Responsibilities
Works safely within the velocity center environment to provide quality and timely service to all customers.
- Performs all tasks following documented procedures
- Operates powered and manual material handling equipment, handheld RF scanner, automatic cardboard taping and dunnage machines, stretch and shrink wrap machines, hand and powered banders, manifesting systems, cardboard and trash compactors, and computer terminals to perform the following tasks
- Unloads inbound and loads outbound freight
- Receives product by visually comparing stock number and quantity
- Stores product in pick and reserve locations
- Physically counts and verifies product in pick and reserve locations
- Picks customer orders and prepares orders for shipment
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
- Participates as an RCI team member
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior warehousing, material handling, shipping and receiving, computer terminal use, and/or powered material handling equipment use preferred

Physically must able to:
- Read, write, speak English
- Properly lift up to 50 lbs, push and pull 100-200 lbs
- Use fingers and hands; reach with hands and arms
- Often stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, crouch and kneel
- Occasionally balance, climb up/down stairs, crawl or sit
- Use a computer terminal and handheld RF scanner
