Job Description Details
This is a high volume leadership position in our Rocky Mount, NC fulfillment center. To be considered, you have a "curious mind" as to why we do things the way we do them. You must be comfortable with change and enjoy getting into details to drive improvements every single day. The Area Manager position has a focus on developing and administering operational procedures that enable perfectly executed fulfillment activities for incoming and outgoing shipments. Handling and dispositioning of products and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy are paramount. You will also be tasked with maintaining a safe work environment while making improvements as needed
We ask for a B.S. or B.A. degree OR equivalent additional experience and a proven ability to effectively motivate, develop, and manage a high volume of employees. Our culture is a critical part of our success, and you need help drive it.
