Role Description
- You have a track record of writing outstanding code. It’s elegant, scalable, and maintainable. You’re proud of it.
- You are responsible for designing and implementing our customers systems
- You build amazing responsive web frontends, mobile apps that truly excite our customers
- You are involved creatively in the entire development process of our customers - from analysis to operation
- You provide support in the architectural development of our customers platform
- You are committed to help continuously improve our development practices and agile development process
- You analyze customer requirements, analysis of technical feasibility, create designs, implementing new product features and solutions along the product roadmap of our customers
- You are very sensitive to best practices such as pair programming and CI/CD
- You work very closely with your colleagues in the DevOps area
Skills and Expertise
- You have a successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable IT education with relevant practical experience
- 5+ years as a Backend / Full-stack Developer
- Deep understanding of REST API design and WebSockets
- Very good experience in JavaScript,HTML and CSS
- Strong experience with at least one of the following modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, Nuxt.js, React, React Native)
- Experience with using JavaScript on backend (Node.js) or PHP with frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, CakePHP
- Experience with CMS / headless CMS (Strapi)
- Interested in UX and design
- Confident handling of Git, IntelliJ/Eclipse, Docker and/or Kubernetes, Maven, Jenkins or comparable tools
- You have knowledge in development of a micro service architecture with modern technologies
- Apply software best practices such as CI/CD, TDD and clean code principles
- Eager to learn new technologies and concepts and aspiration to constantly improve yourself
- Experience in working with APIs, both third-party and custom written
- Good understanding of applications building and debugging with reusability and modularity in mind
- A structured, creative, and solution-oriented way of working
Confident in writing and speaking in English
