The Opportunity
The Project Manager engages with the content & creative team to deliver solutions in a way that supports and enhances the customer experience and contributes to the effective and efficient running of QVC’s business.
In this role, you will prioritize and manage high-impact projects, initiatives, testing, and implementation occurring across the department. Identify themes and provide input to support continuous improvements. Working independently and leveraging experience, you will fully scope new projects and works with stakeholders to ensure resources are available to complete a project within the constraints of cost, quality, capacity, and deadlines. You interact with multiple departments and cross-functional stakeholders, including content & creative, eCommerce, marketing, technology, testing, and customer insights.
