Job Description and Duties

Effective July 1, 2020, State employees are subject to a 9.23% salary reduction in exchange for up to 16 hours of the Personal Leave Program 2020 (PLP 2020) per month.

The Claims Processing Center has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representatives at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Technician level. We are looking for a high energy employee who excels at answering and resolving client inquiries through professional phone and non-phone interactions in a fast paced environment. This position may be located in one of the following locations: Fresno, Monterey Park, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Santa Ana, or Vacaville.
