Education: Any Graduate

Shift Timings: Ready to work in 24x7 shifts.

Job Description: 

• Experience in a Customer Care and/or BPO operation.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook software programs.
• Strong Customer Service/Retention/Sales skills.
• Handle customer service calls like seat, meal, wheelchair requests.
• Cross Selling products on the available opportunities
• Maintaining own productivity reports
• Able to work in 24*7 Shift
