Evaluate collectability of open receivable balances. Make collection calls on open receivable balances. Maintain low 120 day receivable percentages. Generate monthly reports for collection accounts. Communicate and work with agencies/sales to resolve discrepant accounts. Ensure all checks, adjustments, and transfers are posted correctly to client accounts. Qualifications: College or business school education preferred. Minimum 1 -2 year experience in credit and collections. Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment with a concentration in Excel and Word. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent verbal and communication skills with both internal and external contacts. Able to meet deadlines and work in a high volume fast paced environment.
