The Role

The Broadcasting Unit Administrator is a brand new position within a small but growing team and represents an exciting opportunity to help drive the Unit’s developing remit.

Providing support in the administration and coordination of the Unit’s daily operation, you will establish a foundation and framework for its administrative processes and records, and provide a ‘client-facing’ point of contact for the wider business in support of the work of the rest of the team.

The Person

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and experience of providing client-facing, front of house support, dealing with enquiries and correspondence from a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience of the administration and coordination of a changing timetable of meetings and events
  • Proven ability to manage own day-to day workload, and of effective prioritizing in periods of fluctuating demand
