Responsible for Payment business Operations of e-commerce players. Business Operations Manager will be working closely with customer, e-commerce player, to help run payment operations.
Ensure smooth operations and comply with regulations.
Identify initiatives and plans to drive continuous improvements in payment experience, cost and to enable e-commerce platform to rapidly develop and meet company objectives as well as ensure comply with rules and regulations.
Analyze customer journey, conversion and related data to identify problems or opportunities to improve key KPIs, OKRs.
Prepare periodically report on performance of payment operations and improvement plans and present to managements.
Manage key projects to ensure well execution is in place. Coordinate to get alignment among stakeholders and teams.
Build and manage deep and trusting relationships with key stakeholders

Job requirements
Around 5-12 years of work experience.
Excellent business acumen & highly analytical with data-driven approach.
Experience working in e-commerce, payments or technology industry is preferred.
A problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership, acute analytical skills and capable of identifying key business metrics.
Results oriented, extremely proactive & highly responsive with great attention to detail.
Highly organized, able to prioritize and create order in chaos;
Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good interpersonal communications and stakeholder management.
Be a self-starter with Can-Do attitude, productive & focused with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel aboard (Around 30%)
Fluent in spoken and written English & Vietnamese.
