Job Description
Responsible for handling key and strategic customers and projects, act as the major business architect to ensure the value of Alibaba cloud’s technology is implemented in the customer’s business with high quality and showcase the business value of it.Play a key role in structuring the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes, and business information. Align strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and IT initiatives.
1. Core objective: to deeply understand customer business, integrate internal and external resources of the company, including personnel, technology, and solutions, understand customer needs and pain points, design designated solution and support on implementation. Act as the project technical lead to manage cross-team collaboration, program design, key management and coordination of the project
2. On the customer's part, have a strong communication and customer skill to understand customer’s detail requirements, problem analysis skill, program design to provide high quality service to achieve customer satisfaction. Take ownership and a ‘hands on’ approach to define and deliver a program of work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of a core business process.
3. On the business part, Work closely with product management, solution architects, development teams and contribute to product feature requirement definitions and reviews, Contribute to system enhancement requirement prioritization, new feature validation and user acceptance testing. Actively participate in bug resolution efforts and product improvements , Define and enhance the Cloud service delivery processes for new customers. Work with cross functional global teams in adaptation and implementation of defined processes
Job requirements
1. More than 5 years’ experience in IT Industry, software development, maintenance and optimization experience of large-scale Internet/Enterprise IT applications, understand and familiar with cloud technology, familiar application architecture, including database, common application service and architecture, large-scale web architecture, storage architecture, etc. , and with more than 3 years project management experience, experience in new retail and manufacturing industries solution plus
2. Independent problem solving skill, experience in cross team knowledge, good at promoting cross-sectoral implementation of complex projects and a strong ability to take results.
3. Demonstrated ability and experience in customer-facing positions as a technology consultant (preferably with a management consulting, IT vendor or professional services organization)
4. Excellent communication skills, teamwork experience, professionalism and learning ability.
5. Excellent document writing skills, speech skills, and technical training capabilities.
6. Must be agile and able to adjust quickly to many different situations and challenges, strong ability to withstand pressure and execution, and can accept a certain frequency of travel.
