Job Description:

The Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) finance organization, within the Raytheon Missile & Defense(RMD) business, is seeking a Manager I Program Cost Schedule & Control to join our Patriot Product Line (PPL) finance team in Andover, Massachusetts. The selected individual will have the unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of international Patriot Programs in a dynamic and fast paced environment, serving as a strategic business partner to all functions and directly supporting the PPL and PMO organizations across the business. As a key member of the IAMD PPL finance team, the successful candidate will lead a team of 3-4 individuals to perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to budget and EAC positions. This individual will also have the unique opportunity to lead several recently awarded programs, providing the candidate a challenging and high exposure opportunity within the IAMD business.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Lead the EAC (Estimate at Complete), Earned Value and Budget Change Requests (BCR) processes
• Mentor and develop direct reports as well as other analysts within the team
• Drive compliance in all processes and support audits of financial information by internal auditors and external auditors
• Partner with Patriot Product Line Teams, PMOs, CBTs - The successful candidate will provide meaningful business insights and analysis, and will communicate effectively with all partners
• Collaborate with other team members to drive process improvements and build bench strength

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of relevant professional working experience
• Previous Program and Earned Value experience
• Experienced user of SAP or similar system and with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives, working independently with general direction

Desired Skills:

• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified and experience with APEX Earned Value
• Self-starter and highly motivated individual with a positive “can do” attitude requiring minimal supervision
• Willingness to take on all challenges
• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills who has the ability to work cross functionally and with all levels of the organization in support of business portfolio
• Previous leadership experience as well as prior production experience

Required Education (including Major):

• B.S. in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics or related field of study
