We are looking for candidates who are senior technical leaders. The candidate should be an experienced and effective communicator, task leader and technical decision maker. Follow and/or recommend changes to processes and procedures. Work as a self-starter. Provide and meet budget and schedule requirements. Prepare and present or support presentations to management and customers. Produce documentation related to the design and release of software artifacts.

Required Skills:

• C/C++ Programming, embedded software development experience
• Experience using and reporting EVMS

Experience developing and reporting EACs, generating Baseline Change Requests, Latest Revised Estimates, writing Variances and typical programmatic responsibilities

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development or systems development and integration
• Technical stakeholder experience to a small team of engineers
• Experience contributing technical work products throughout the entire software life cycle
• Experience working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active and current Secret Clearance as of day one of employment.
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:

• Earned Value certified
• Experience with tools such as GIT/SVN/Clearcase , JIRA
• Experience with Agile-Scrum Methodology
• Understanding of software development best practices and processes

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related STEM degree
