Job Description:
The Strategic Growth Programs (SGP) is seeking a Senior Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts to lead the $30M SGP portfolio with $25M in annual sales.
The highly motivated and committed individual will engage in:
- Monthly close process including supporting Financial Forecast, customer reporting deliverables, and generating EV stoplights
- Preparation, analysis and presenting of quarterly EACs and Monthly Program Management Reviews
- EV management on the SGP production contracts (i.e. BCRs, Program Log maintenance, RIVR loads, SWA revisions)
- Supporting other internal and external audits/projects as required
- Analysis, reporting and resolution of Unbilled CIP balances across SGP contracts
- Support to contract negotiations such as Apex data-pulls for fact-finding
- Partner with Program Management Office, Engineering, Operations, Operations Finance, Supply Chain and IIS CAMs and Schedulers
- Review actual costs against baseline/ETC targets and coordinate cost and schedule variance analysis
Required Skills:
- B.S. Degree – Finance, Accounting, Bus. Admin., or related field
- 4+ years of professional work experience in Finance/Accounting
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
- Estimate & Pricing (E&P) experience
- Experience with current Raytheon financial tools/systems: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), PMX, Standard Bidding Tool (SBT), or other related financial tools
- Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of organization
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Understanding of financial metrics (bookings, sales, op profit, net cash, working capital, ROIC)
