The Business Banking Contact Centre supports a range of business customer’s financial needs to move their business from today into tomorrow. Our Business Banking team provide invaluable support to our frontline Relationship Managers as the first point of contact to our business and private banking customers.

You'll be joining the Business Banking (BB) team - a hardworking bunch who support our online and phone business banking activities. Customer experience will be at the centre of everything you do.

As a Business Banking Specialist you will receive incoming calls and provide a premium level of technical support over the phone to assist our clients with their Business Banking needs and their merchant facilities (EFTPOS machines)

We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll love the buzzing, sometimes noisy, atmosphere of our call centre and your resilient nature will see you succeed in a sometimes challenging environment.

You will have previous customer service experience and have exceptional customer service skills.

In this role you’ll master different technologies and multitask like never before. You’ll be curious by nature and want to ask the right questions to uncover our customers’ needs and in turn, offer the right products and solutions for them. Roster

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. To be there for them every step of the way which is why we are a 24/7 contact centre.

This is a PART TIME NIGHT SHIFT role and we will need you to be able to commit to the following:

  • 19 hours a week
  • The flexibility to work weekends as the roster is rotating across 7 days
  • 3 days will be 7pm-12am, 1 day will be 7pm-11pm

Your start date will be contingent on your background checks clearing. This can usually take up to four weeks.
