CE14: Mgr III Software Engineer – Section Manager-Radar Software Team
Job Summary:
Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? We are currently seeking a Section Manager-Radar Software to join the Command & Control, and Battle Field Radar Software (C2BFR) team in Fullerton, CA.
The Section Manager provides guidance, leadership, and management to a section of 15 to 20 Software Engineers working the Radar domain and programs. Additionally, the Section Manager is responsible for employee performance development and assessment and to ensure all personnel are properly prepared and trained for the scope of their task. The Section Manager is a part of the C2BFR software leadership team, helping to achieve the department goals, participating or leading initiatives in program execution, innovation and quality improvements using Agile, DevOps and Six Sigma methods.
Specific Section Manager Duties Include:
This position requires an Active Secret DoD Clearance.

BS or MS with an emphasis in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Software Engineering
