This Program Manager / Capture position will report to the sub-product line Director as a key part of the core team. The selected candidate has demonstrated prime responsibility for leading program execution in excess of $100M in a highly dynamic and competitive customer environment. The candidate will be expected to work closely with other Raytheon Technologies Businesses, bringing a total Raytheon Technologies solution to our customer.
This position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Required Skills:
- 12 years of experience in Program Management across the program lifecycle with or within the Intelligence or DoD communities
- Qualified as PM level 3, or other equivalent PMI/PMP certification
- Experience managing large (100 FTE+) teams
- Experience managing TTO based contracts
- Knowledge/experience with collection, tasking and targeting solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships within the customer and contractor community
- Accountable for capturing and execution of programs
- Experience with complex program execution and reporting, particularly experience with earned value management systems, cost and schedule tracking, risk and opportunity management
- Excel in professional communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation
- Sound reasoning and decision-making ability; strong analytical skills
- Experience with business level operations and issue resolution
- Strong business development process and proposal experience; Red Team/Color Team experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop vision; team building to inspire a team to action
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph is required
Desired Skills:
- Experience and proven successful Business Development and Capture Lead in a highly competitive environment
Required Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Program Management, Business Development, or equivalent Business Administration degree
- Master’s Degree preferred
