Raytheon Technologies, RIS MRPu team is revamping its current training content and replacing it with a suite of items that will be standard across the sites and provide clear and effective training for employees. This training and development will include interactive training models, updating training materials from Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to more effective platforms, creating branded suite of communication materials, and launching video instructions. It will also include creating webpages where the documents will be housed.
These activities include:
- Create Training and Development learning guides and video instructions
- Design and deploy communication package for product launch and deployment
- Create suite of department marking branding items, including logo, newsletter design, webpage creation
- Plan and implement new designs and wireframes for responsive web sites following modern UI/UX trends
- Optimize and improve existing user interface designs
- Create original cohesive branding and UI through consistent logo designs, color coordination, and user experience
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience UI design portfolio demonstrating continued research in modern UI trends, design techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in designing layouts, wireframes, iconography, pattern libraries, color palettes, logo design, and branding elements
- Proficient with visual design applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong analytical skills to understand and translate business requirements to system UI/UX requirements
- Proficient in video recording and editing training, using software such as Camtasia
- Proficient in converting PowerPoint based training documents to more updated training models, both written and video
- Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint Design and Development
- Proficient in HTML, CSS for prototyping and implementation
- Strong communication skills
- Quick to learn business processes
