Raytheon Technologies is seeking a candidate for a program thatr develops, deploys, and maintains entitlement management Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), Free Open Source Software (FOSS) and custom component software for both the Sponsor and Sponsor's partners. The project baseline serves as the underlying workflow engine for an enterprise entitlement management service. The sponsor’s application runs on the IBM Business Process Management (BPM) platform. The sponsor requires expert support to upgrade, configure, accredit, and maintain the application, therefore expert knowledge or reach back for BPM expertise is crucial to the successful execution of this work. This effort is a critical piece of the Sponsor and partners’ strategies for consistent, reliable, auditable, and secure access management approval and processing workflows. The Sponsor’s organization leverages cloud hosting to meet availability, scalability and security demands. The team requires support from an Agile Team of Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and System Administrators to operate and maintain a Cloud based information technology code baseline. The team also requires a Cyber Security Engineer to spearhead the accreditation effort for this project. The resources are a part of an existing Agile/Scrum contractor development team.
The Contractor shall augment an existing contractor team working with the direction of the team.
The Contractor shall interface with contractor developers, architects, and the infrastructure teams during upgrades or troubleshooting. The Contractor shall operate, maintain, and support the development of entitlement management capabilities to meet customer need. The Contractor shall support the implementation of an automated unit and integration testing capability for access control policies and other service components using JUnit. The Contractor shall work with testers and developers to ensure regression and performance testing is performed after each deployment.
The Contractor shall deploy software solutions in a cloud environment. The Contractor shall create technical documentation and artifacts required for security accreditation, such as Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation and security reviews. The Contractor shall assist in the development of REST services used by Sponsor and mission partners to manage and interact with the Sponsor’s organization’s entitlements and affiliations.
The Contractor shall assist the installation, deployment, and maintenance of the COTS, FOSS, or custom services software, making configuration changes as needed. The Contractor shall enhance the security posture of the BPM platform according to the Sponsor’s security directives and document all security changes in the appropriate security artifacts (BOE, security review reports) in support of accreditation activities.
The Contractor shall deploy and administer COTS, FOSS, and customer services. The Contractor shall mitigate required findings associated with the plan of action and milestone reports. The Contractor System Engineer shall provide the contractor PM with applicable project technical details, progress statuses, deployment schedules and risks, and other project information as applicable.
