Surveillance and Targeting Systems (STS) Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS-A) & High Definition (HD) Finance is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an analyst to grow their skill set while supporting programs and Finance Management. Primary responsibilities include Earned Value Management, Cost/Schedule baseline integration and maintenance, variance analysis and reporting, Risk and Opportunity management, Invoicing/Cash Management, Estimate at Completion preparation & policy compliance; while partnering with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts. The individual must be comfortable working closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations. This position requires an individual who possesses overall business knowledge, excellent communication & relationship building skills, and critical problem solving skills.

Required Skills:

• 8+ Years of Related Finance Experience
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and process improvements
• Creative problem solving skills; individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial managers
• Work independently under limited supervision. Ability to contribute to the successful completion of major projects or processes
• Demonstrated strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• SAP Analysis for Office and Business Planning Simulation (BPS) experience is a plus

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
