This is an opportunity to join the Trusted Mission Processing (TMP) Team as a Principal program analyst in support of the E2D product line. In this role the candidate will support a cross functional team to make decisions in order to meet all requirements of the contract and meet the financial metrics for the program for Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash Flow. The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders across organizations to ensure appropriately managed expectations and cross-functional communication.
This position will work directly with the Program Manager to meet all of the financial deliverables, including 5-Year and Annual Operation Plans, monthly financial forecasts and operational reviews, Short Range Outlook (SRO), and weekly report distributions.
This position will be an integral part of a fast paced finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements. The successful candidate will raise the performance levels of those with whom they work and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough qualitative analysis that supports strategic decision making.
Responsibilities include Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and associated Rplan updates / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, data analysis and reporting, and baseline establishment and maintenance. The selected candidate will provide support and financial guidance to Program Directors, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and support all weekly and monthly program business reviews. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of leadership (both internally and externally) will require the successful candidate to possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills.
