Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join the RI&S Supply Chain finance team as the IOT lead responsible for compiling and analyzing new purchase and change orders to provide spend plans that will support forecasting and quarterly Estimate at Completion development. Another key responsibility will be to provide risk and opportunity analysis for early capture as it relates to the introduction of new suppliers. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with RI&S Mission Area Supply Chain leads in developing monthly material forecasts to include variance analysis of the material base to the annual plan, element of cost forecasting accuracy, tracking liquidation of Inventory and CFR material, capturing and defining cost savings related to Supply Chain synergies, bid reductions and EAC productivity. The successful candidate will also support monthly operating reviews, and other reporting activities as required.

Required Skills:

• At least 6 years of related financial experience, planning and reporting
• Experience in program controls, program scheduling, cash/asset management
• Working knowledge of MRP, SAP and PRISM
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Results and detail oriented
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
• Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem solving skills
• Familiar with government contracting
• Expert in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office Products (Word, Project)
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments as expected

Required Education (including Major):

• Bachelors Degree in Finance - Applied, Finance - General, Business Administration, Accounting and 6 years experience
