As a Principal Financial Analyst, you will ensure Secure Sensor Solutions development initiatives and projects are aligned on both business case and proposal strategy; serving as the finance bridge with Business Development, Program Leads, E&P, Operations, Engineering and PTW (customer intelligence) teams. You will develop and effectively present proforma financial models, proposal strategy, business cases, and be accountable for explanations on assumptions and methodologies to both internal and external parties. You will also assist the strategy lead in organizational support activities. Help develop and manage advanced financial models, business cases and proposal strategies for government & commercial developments & RFPs. Build and manage client & customer partnerships throughout the organization and serve as SME for various investments & pursuits activities. Run discounted cash flow models, yield, IRR, NPV, waterfall and other sensitivity analysis, be directly involved in the proposal strategy process. Prepare investment summaries and proposal support guidelines for potential transactions. Support in the research, benchmarking and analysis of aerospace & S3 products in US and International markets

Required Skills:

• 6 Years of Related Experience
• Ability to summarize large amounts of data from many interfaces, present and explain key financial assumptions, variables and ability to formulate and present a recommendation
• A broad business-oriented thinker with an enterprise perspective who can manage and deliver on multiple priorities
• In depth understanding of color of money policy, accounting principles
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to partner with other internal departments to maximize value from their centers
• Ability to convince external partners, be independent, and make sound business decisions

• Prior experience in Aerospace is preferred but not required

• Experience in building complex financial models (business model preparation, calculation of return on investment, return on capital employed etc.)
• Experience with SAP and BW a plus

Required Education:

• BA/BS Business in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline—MBA preferred
