Job Description:

This position is a member of the Whole Life Engineering (WLE) organization within Raytheon Technologies’ Engineering Function. The position is the program’s primary engineering training subject matter expert and provides oversight, guidance, and direction to a team of training material developers is support of the development and delivery of training material and instruction for a US military satellite ground system’s mission data processing framework. Candidate must have experience leading a team in different training formats including traditional classroom-based training, computer-based instruction, distance learning, automated or electronic job aids, paper-based or electronic manuals, structured On-The-Job training, live instructor-led internet training, computer-based performance support, or other innovative delivery methodologies. Candidate must be well versed in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and concepts to support the development of ancillary training materials. Candidate must have experience and have knowledge in evaluating and reporting to management program’s earned value, manpower, schedule and risk and opportunity status.Must have an active DOD Top Secret clearance to be considered for the position.
