These BD managers are highly required: FMCG(including Personal care,foods), Fashion (men,women,child),beauty(cosmetics)
Your will have these major responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Tmall Global's business development activities in Japan markets, work closely with brand and category team to onboard new brands and sellers to reach number of sellers target.
2. Improve Tmall Global’s brand awareness and seller satisfaction level among Japan brands and sellers,
3.Strong category management skills which include conducting opportunity analysis, supplier competitive landscape, supplier selection, supplier management, process optimization and execution of agreements.
4 Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to implement and manage effective supplier relationships, identify and implement opportunities/processes to influence improvement in service, quality, delivery, and cost and optimal payment terms.
5.Other assignments as required
Job requirements
1- Proven experience in negotiating, reviewing and managing client requirements; contracts; policies and procedures
2-Proven experience in Category Management,Understanding of current market conditions demonstrated ability to drive savings using different category strategies
3-Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically
4- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of executive management
5- Well-developed understanding of ecommerce industry. Strong influencing skill to persuade and close the deals;
6-robust project management skills
7-Mandarin speaking/writing highly sought after.
